Our email hosting service is designed to give you reliable communication without the technical headaches. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to simplify, we provide secure, Canadian-hosted email that works—so you can focus on your business.
What’s Included
- Hosting for business-class IMAP email accounts on a dedicated server
- Account creation and storage management handled for you
- Shared storage across your domain, based on your selected plan—you can create unlimited email addresses, and the total storage is pooled across those accounts. You’re billed based on how much storage you use, not the number of email addresses.
- Nightly server-level backups to help protect against data loss
- Spam filtering to reduce unwanted or malicious emails
- Secure webmail access (RoundCube) so you can manage email from any browser
- DNS setup and configuration to make sure your domain points to the right mail servers
What’s Not Included
While we cover all the essentials of hosting, a few things fall outside the scope of our standard service:
- Remote setup or troubleshooting of email clients like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail
- Device setup on iPhones, tablets, or other mobile devices
- Retrieving access to your domain registrar so we can set up DNS correctly. If you’re not sure how to access your registrar, we can help—billed separately
We also don’t provide guaranteed uptime or fixed turnaround times for support, but we do our best to be responsive and reliable.
Your Role as the Client
To keep everything running smoothly and securely, you agree to:
- Manage your email passwords and meet our minimum password strength requirements
- Use email responsibly—no spam, phishing, or mass mailing
- Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws and regulations
You’re responsible for the content of your emails and compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if prohibited use is detected.
Billing and Additional Quoted Services
- Email Hosting is available monthly or annually based on your selected plan, and prepaid. No Refunds.
- Email migration from another provider is available
- Additional support like email client configuration (like Outlook, or Apple Mail) or troubleshooting is available
- Accessing or transferring your Domain Registrar (Like GoDaddy)
What Happens if Emails Are Lost
We use nightly backups and secure servers to keep your email data safe. However, there are situations we can’t control. We are not responsible for:
- Emails lost due to client actions (e.g., deletion or incorrect settings)
- Issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., ISPs or recipient servers)
- Events like cyberattacks, service outages, or natural disasters
In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for email hosting in the three months prior to the issue.
When Hosting Ends
If your subscription ends or is cancelled:
- Your email accounts will be suspended immediately
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, during which you may:
- Request a full cPanel backup for $150
- Request assistance with migration, billed at our standard hourly rate
- Restore your account and resume service—fees may apply depending on the work involved
After 30 days, your data (all current and past email history) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Appropriate Use of Email Hosting
To keep your email service secure and professional, there are a few clear boundaries around how it can—and cannot—be used. You agree not to use our email hosting services to:
- Send, store, or forward content that:
- Breaks any laws or infringes on someone else’s rights (including copyright, trademarks, or privacy)
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or lewd
- Is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or intended to harass or harm others
- Involves spam, phishing, or unsolicited mass emails
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
- Use the service in any way that puts us in breach of our agreements with our internet service providers or partners
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action—including suspension or termination—if we detect prohibited use.
Compliance and Canadian Hosting
- All email hosting is provided on servers located in Canada
- You’re responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws
